FAQ
What video formats are supported?+
MP4, MOV, and AVI. Free: up to 1GB. Player: up to 2GB. Pro: up to 10GB. Most phones record in MP4 or MOV by default.
How long does processing take?+
Processing time depends on your video size and internet connection. A short clip on fast wifi can finish in under 3 minutes; a full match on a slow connection may take 15+ minutes. Detection is the longest step — clip cutting is fast once that's done.
Why did the AI miss some highlights?+
Accuracy depends on camera angle and stability. Make sure your phone is fixed, has a clear view of the full court, and is not shaking.
Can I remove the watermark?+
Yes — the watermark is only on the Free and Player plans. Upgrade to Pro for clean exports.
What sports are supported?+
Currently padel only. Badminton, tennis, and pickleball are in development.

Place your phone at the back corner of the court, elevated if possible. This gives the clearest view of the full court.

Use a tripod or prop your phone firmly. Shaky footage is the #1 reason highlights get missed.

Position the phone so the sun is behind or to the side. Overexposed footage reduces detection accuracy.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Current prices are shown on the Plans page in your local currency, and inside the CourtCut app in the currency of your App Store account.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account page.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for the security of your password and all activity under your account.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including its legality and appropriateness. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain full ownership of your content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of CourtCut and are protected by applicable Indonesian and international copyright laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service: in violation of any applicable law; to upload content that infringes on others' rights; to distribute spam; to impersonate any person or entity; or in any way that harms other users or the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

CourtCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect.
